It's beginning to look like Christmas!

Well I must say that I have not got into the Christmas mood yet, and still not sure if I am even after I have written this blog! However on Saturday afternoon we put the Christmas tree up, as a way to tart to feel a bit more like Christmas. William had a ball helping out and getting in and out of the box, he even enjoyed finding some of the cool singing decorations that we have ha a for a few years, mind you I must say that after a few goes they can make you go a little insane!

It was great getting the box out and just seeing what we had, which I realised was not alot as we have thrown a heps of the old daggy ones away after last Christmas, might have to look at the after Christmas sales to redo the decoratations box.

I was a bit worried about William pulling all the decorations down but so far so good, I love this photos though as it makes him look a bit shadey as if he is doing something wrong!

What a cute reindeer we have!

After the tree was up the kids wrestled with Ryan on the floor, I love this photo as it loks liem he is in dire need of someone to help him, and I was going no where near!

December Christmas Enrichment

On friday night the Relief Coscity held their Christmas Enrichment. It was a great night as you will see from the photos! One of the highlights for the night was a service auction and I must say that some ladies were very competitive and knew what they wanted to get, it was really funny when towards teh end the competition heated up and people were scrounging for more money so they couold snag one of the last few services being auctioned. Some of the items on offer were a family meal, chocolate cake, cleaning a bathroom and toilet, a homemade gift (one of Helenes great gifts she makes from chocolates), quilting lessons, home made bread, homemade apple pie, washing walls, computer help, babysitting, I am sure there were others I just can't remember them all!

Belinda made a great auctioneer!

Another thing that we did was play a game where we lined up opposite a person and we were given a topic to talk with them for 30 seconds, the person who was listening could not ask any questions they just had to listen. Once both had a turn we moved around. It was a good way to get to know people!

Of course the supper was yummy, lots of chocolate to eat as well as some other great items, I must say that I am addicted to chocolate so I often miss the other stuff that is avaliable!

Last night we went to the Bunnings Family Christmas night. They had Santa, face painting, free sausage sizzle, and lots more going on. We had to go out there for a light globe for the IXL Tastic do we thought we would make a night of it! We then went to Maccas for icecream, and saw Hannah working very hard, good on ya Hannah at least someone works hard at that place!

In the fairy garden and chilling!

I love our new garden as it has so many pretty plants and flowers in it. It is also a great garden to play in with the kids, plenty of bushes to hide behind! All we need now is better weather, I thought it was supposed to be summer?

This is a great picture of William as he was chilling back watching his fav. video, yes it is the Wiggles! Everything is about the wiggles at the moment we can not get enough of the guys!

More photos from Sunday with the Crossins

I forgot that I had these on the camera.

Rob has a new toy and boys and their toys like to show off! So Rob took Ryan for a spin. When they got back the girls asked if I was going to have a go, I am not that brave yet!

William had fun colouring in with Francescca! She is an exchange student staying with the Crossins until early next year.

This is Amelia after her LONG and busy weekend!

Finally hitched!

Well Kirk and Amy got married today in the Melbourne Temple! They had their engagement/wedding party last Friday night and the weather was terrible! But from what I saw in the photos today the weather looked lovely in Melbourne.

We hope that you both had a lovely day and that you will enjoy spending the eternities together!

Einstein!

The other day we arrived at Amelia's school a little early and William got to have a play on the play equipment. He was very funny when he came down the slide as he had static hair from the slide! I reckon he looks like a little Einstein!
