A Photo Shoot

Ok so I have been off work for nearly a week and I am going insane!!!!! Tore my calf muscle during aqua last Monday while demonstrating a high knee run, it felt like an elastic band breaking in my leg (sorry for the graphics). So after a trip to the Physio Monday night who confirmed the worse he told me to wear high heels and rest ice 20 mins on and 20 mins off. I rocked up for work Tuesday looking very stylish in my cargos and high heels and verbally instructed 6.15 boot camp. I went back in on Tuesday night and verbally instructed aqua. I also told my boss and that didn't go down all that well! So on Wednesday I visited my GP as to claim through Workers Compensation you need to see the GP. So he signed all my forms and referred me to my Physio! So as a result I can do nothing BUT rest which is driving me insane!!!!! Not only me but William as well, as he is stuck home with me everyday when he is not at school. So Friday Will and I went for a very slow stroll down near Stillwater to do a photo shoot and give Will a chance to use his new camera (something cheap we picked up at Taget that is heavy duty designed for kids). We enjoyed our little stroll out and about in the fresh air and even managed to get to Penny Royal and the Windmill and William enjoyed a freddo frog from Goulays!
