New Years

Well we had a pretty quiet New Years this year. On Friday afternoon we travelled to Port Sorell and stayed with the Crossin family. We hung out at their place for a little and William asked very nicely for Uncle Rob to take him for a spin in the purple truck!

We headed to their block where Amelia and William fed the horses, who are currently mowing the lawns, some apples!

The kids Coral and I picked up Zoe from work and then headed back to the block to pick up the boys and we ended up seeing in the new year around a heat pot chatting while enjoying deserts and snacks. Ryan Rob and I ended up staying up till about 3.45am as Rob was concerned for the welfare of his purple baby! After a few concerns with some very loud guys and girls up and down the street we felt we could  finally rest! Just before 8am William surfaced and so did I unfortunately!!!!!! It was about 9.30 when the others made an appearance. Need I say that it was a very LONG and tiring day!

We hung out in the morning watching Big Bang Theory which the old boys LOVE! After a little shopping we took the kids to the pool at Shearwater and had a great time cooling off. William is such the dare devil when he wears the noodle and was doing big jumps to splash Ryan and Rob. This year we are going to start him in the learn to swim program so that he can be just as confident without the ring or noodle on!

So all in all we had a great New Years and look forward to seeing what this year has in store for our family!
